- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This Citibank turn into a homeless encampment when it's closed. The corner archway on University/Shattuck has garbage and syringes left out in public. Even eating across the street at 85° is a eyesore. I've taken this situation to bank management, but I guess it fell on death ear. Weekend is worst because they know they can stay till 9am Monday morning. Just be careful where you walk and step, they're known to be aggressive.By Albert L., April 07, 2017
